Is so hard to find good customer services. Here is video with some really good nuggets on how to be a great staff/employee so that you can help you company generate more revenue and help you get notices. And trust me you will be notices, if not by your current employer by someone else.

Man my trip to Vancouver did not go the way I plan. I am still stuck in Seattle, WA. I hope to be able to make it in to Vancouver by 5:25 pm. I encounter a lot of bad business practice and unfriendly people in the last 24 hours.

The hotel room I stayed at is too close the main road. I hear cars going by me all night long. On top of that I couldn’t get a good night sleep my bad is so mess up from the 3 hours time difference, and the jag lag.

I originally plan to rent a car to drive from Seattle to Vancouver. That didn’t fall thought. Seattle airport has really unfriendly support staff.
