CANAL – COMMUNITY – EXPERIENCE “A Tourism Workshop”

Every business & museum in the Erie Canal Heritage Corridor connects to the Erie Canal! Join us at any or all of the Canal-Community-Experience Workshops in May to learn ways that your business can attract the canal visitors. Cultural/Heritage Tourism is the new BUZZ WORD in the tourism industry and here we are living & working in a living heritage corridor. Each workshop begins at 10:00AM and ends at 2:00PM. Howcan you educate the visitors to the canal experience if you have not experienced the canal yourself. That is why we are offering a 2 hour interactive workshop and then different canal experience with each of the workshops. The schedule is:

My Trip to Vancouver Really Suck Right Now

Man my trip to Vancouver did not go the way I plan. I am still stuck in Seattle, WA. I hope to be able to make it in to Vancouver by 5:25 pm. I encounter a lot of bad business practice and unfriendly people in the last 24 hours.
The hotel room I stayed at is too close the main road. I hear cars going by me all night long. On top of that I couldn’t get a good night sleep my bad is so mess up from the 3 hours time difference, and the jag lag.
I originally plan to rent a car to drive from Seattle to Vancouver. That didn’t fall thought. Seattle airport has really unfriendly support staff.

Road Trip to Vancouver
My father suffered a heart attack on Sunday night, and currently he is in an induce coma to reduce the swelling on his brain.
My family (wife and daughter) will be taking a road trip across the state. We are using my time off for during President’s week to see my father and the rest of my family in Vancouver
We thinking we might be able to safe some money this way, because we can’t afford to fly to Vancouver.

Disney On Ice : 100 Years of Magic
Tonight I am taking my family to the Blue Cross Arena to watch Disney on Ice: 100 Years of Magic. My daughter is 2.5 years old and she is crazy about Barbie, and Princess. So this will be a real treat for her.

After this event we will make our way to Niagara Falls and will be staying at the Hampton Inn for the long weekend. I hope this will become part of our annual family traditions.
